These carrots are cool-season root vegetables, with harvests typically beginning in 60–75 days. They thrive in containers, raised beds, or garden rows when grown in loose, well-draining soil and are especially fun for kids (and kids at heart!) to plant, harvest, and snack on right in the garden.

Little Finger (~60 days to harvest)
A compact favorite with smooth 3–4" roots that are naturally sweet and tender. Perfect for containers, small spaces, and quick harvests — great for snacking right in the garden.

 Rainbow Mix (65–70 days to harvest)
A vibrant blend of red, yellow, purple, orange, and white carrots. Grows 6–10" long and brings bold color and fun variety to every harvest.

Red Core Chantenay (65–70 days to harvest)
A classic, dependable carrot with thick, stocky 5–6" roots and rich scarlet centers. Known for excellent flavor and strong performance, even in less-than-perfect soil.

 Black Nebula (60-75 days to harvest)
A striking, deep purple-black carrot with a sweet, crisp bite. Adds dramatic color to the garden and plate and makes every harvest feel special.
